Rules for bug reports.
« on: February 01, 2015, 01:03:14 pm »
Subject Prefixes
To help us address bug reports more quickly, you should add some specific text to the subject line of your post to help us identify exactly where the bug is occurring. Examples include:
  • "FORUM:" for problems with the forum.
  • "SITE:" for problems with the main website.
  • "WIKI:" for problems with the wiki.

Ability to Duplicate
One of the keys to trouble-shooting bugs is the ability to duplicate the problem - we often need to duplicate the exact circumstances that led up to the bug so that we can analyze just where things broke down. For that reason, your bug report should include some basic information such as what operating system you are using, which browser, and what steps you took that led up to the bug. If you don't include that basic information we are likely to ask you for it - which delays us from finding a solution while we wait for your reply. Better information leads to faster fixes.

Thanks,

This is a test of the new version 2.0.10 update. If you see a picture as an attachment here then things went well...
